for a PITCH

To make a reservation for several pitches (with family/friends) we need :
—> 1 reservation form per pitch
—> filled in with the details of the “contact/responsible person” staying in the said pitch, so that we have 1 different contact person per pitch
– so a different name/first name/address/telephone number/email for each form
– no reservation of 2 pitches with the same name/first name/address/telephone number/email
—> indicate in the last field “additional precision” that you wish to be side by side or close with the family (specify family names/first names) who have also made a reservation for pitche, so that we can recognise and relate everyone
—> We will reply to EVERYONE, ONLY once we have received ALL the reservation forms from everyone

Availability :
—> if the requested pitch or period of stay should not be available, we will always inform you, and if possible with pleasure we will make you a counter proposition (other pitch/period…)
—> You are welcome to indicate in the last field “additional precisions” other pitch numbers that you would like if the one you have chosen is not available
—> if your choice (pitch/period…) has not yet been made, please specify in the last field “additional precision” that you only wish to know about availability, without wishing to make a firm reservation.

Minimum length of stay for bank/public holidays and long weekends : rentals for 3 nights minimum
